Welcome to the Robin Sports Relations Cricket Academy (RSR Cricket Academy) website (rsrcricketacademy.com). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, services, programs, and any related content provided by RSR Cricket Academy, a UAE-based entity operating in Dubai, UAE. By accessing our website, registering for programs, or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our site or services.

These Terms incorporate our Privacy Policy by reference. We may update these Terms at any time; continued use constitutes acceptance of changes.

1. Description of Services

RSR Cricket Academy offers cricket coaching, training camps, workshops, and related programs for individuals in the UAE. Services include:

  • In-person and online coaching sessions.
  • Skill development programs for all ages and levels.
  • Equipment rental and facility access (where applicable).
  • Event participation and tournaments.

All services are subject to availability, scheduling, and eligibility requirements. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or cancel services at our discretion.

2. Eligibility and User Accounts

  • Eligibility: You must be at least 13 years old to use our website. For participants under 18, a parent or legal guardian must register and provide consent. Services may have additional age or skill-level restrictions.
  • Registration: To enroll in programs, you must create an account with accurate information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and all activities under your account.
  • Account Termination: We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms, including non-payment or misconduct.

3. Payments and Fees

  • Fees: All program fees, registrations, and purchases are non-refundable except as specified in our refund policy (outlined below). Prices are listed in AED and exclude any applicable taxes or VAT.
  • Payment Methods: We accept payments via secure third-party processors (e.g., credit/debit cards, bank transfers). You authorize us to charge your payment method for fees incurred.
  • Refunds and Cancellations:
    • Cancellations more than 7 days before the program start: Full refund minus a 10% administration fee.
    • Cancellations within 7 days: 50% refund.
    • No refunds for no-shows or partial attendance.
    • Force majeure events (e.g., weather, pandemics) may result in rescheduling or pro-rated refunds at our discretion.
  • Late Payments: Overdue amounts accrue interest at 1.5% per month. We may suspend services for non-payment.

4. Intellectual Property

  • All content on our website, including text, images, videos, logos, and training materials, is owned by RSR Cricket Academy or its licensors and protected by UAE copyright and trademark laws.
  • You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission. Personal, non-commercial use (e.g., viewing sessions) is permitted.
  • By submitting content (e.g., feedback, photos), you grant us a perpetual, royalty-free license to use it for promotional purposes.

5. User Conduct and Prohibited Activities

You agree to use our services responsibly and in compliance with UAE laws. Prohibited activities include:

  • Harassment, discrimination, or unsafe behavior during sessions.
  • Unauthorized access to facilities or equipment.
  • Sharing confidential program materials.
  • Any illegal activities, including doping or match-fixing.

We enforce a code of conduct; violations may result in immediate removal from programs without refund.

6. Health and Safety

  • Participants must disclose any medical conditions that could affect participation. We recommend consulting a physician before joining.
  • All activities carry inherent risks (e.g., injury from sports). You participate at your own risk and must follow coach instructions and safety protocols.
  • We maintain insurance for our operations but do not provide coverage for participants. Obtain personal insurance as needed.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by UAE law, RSR Cricket Academy, its affiliates, and personnel shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services or website, including but not limited to injury, data loss, or lost profits. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the preceding 12 months. These limitations apply even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RSR Cricket Academy from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your breach of these Terms, misuse of services, or violation of laws.

9. Termination

  • By You: You may stop using our services at any time.
  • By Us: We may terminate access for any reason, including violations, with or without notice.
  • Upon termination, all outstanding fees become due, and your right to use materials ends.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Dubai, UAE. We encourage informal resolution first; contact us before initiating legal action.

11. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures due to events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, government actions, or pandemics.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms periodically. The latest version will be posted here with an updated effective date. We will notify you of material changes via email or website notice.

13. Miscellaneous

  • Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the full agreement between you and RSR Cricket Academy.
  • Severability: If any provision is invalid, the remainder remains enforceable.
  • Waiver: No waiver of any breach is a waiver of subsequent breaches.
  • Assignment: We may assign these Terms; you may not without our consent.
